Apple cider vinegar, otherwise known as cider vinegar or ACV, is a type of vinegar made from cider or apple and has a pale to medium amber color. Raw organic ACV has the ‘mother’ of the vinegar. The ‘mother’ is made up of strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules with living nutrients and bacteria. This looks like the hazy part towards the bottom of the bottle and at times it can also look llike cobweb strands.
