Prepared personally by Dr. Dimple Arora, this Ayurvedic Golden Ghee is made from certified butter from NEW ZEALAND and Thailand's Dairy Home farm which is made from hormone-free cows milk. Cleanliness and "sucham" (purity in terms of hygiene of utensils, etc.) is maintained at every step of preparation. Ghee has a near complete lipid profile including essential fatty acids and vitamins A,D,E and K. It can be used as a cooking medium.
You can apply to soups, curries, toasts, gruels and porriges. 1-3 tbsp/day is recommended for individuals leading a moderate to active lifestyle.
