The cashew nut cheese is fermented for 2 days then goes into the drying aging process that takes a minimum of 21 days to make it balanced enough. After 21 days the cheese is ready to be tasted, still quite tart in taste and is very most and creamy. As time passes the cheese will get more mild, balanced and the moist will slowly reduce causing the cheese to become firmer.
Shelf life up to 1 month from date of production.
Ingredients: Organic raw cashew nuts, salt, probiotics, nutritional yeast, agar.
